How to Pin a File to taskbar - Windows

Windows doesn't actually allow us to pin a .pdf or .docx or .xlsx file to taskbar, rather they are pinned to the application they belong to.
Here is a way to pin a file directly to the taskbar.. Let's call it a One-Click-File-Shortcut-Pin-To-TaskBar.
1> Locate the file which you want to pin to the taskbar.
2> Create a shortcut to this file on the Desktop.
3> Right-Click on the shortcut and open the properties.
4> In the field Target, add explorer in the beginning of the path.
5> Now drag this shortcut to the taskbar and voila, your One-Click-File-Shortcut-Pin-To-TaskBar is created.
